great workout! peanut kept me entertained too, hehe
thank you for this! I am 12 weeks & have not been doing weights. Perfect little challenge.
these workouts are amazing. Iv not been able to exercise due to nausea and fatigue. Im 9 weeks pregnant with my third and these prenatal workouts are great. I can do them and not feel like Im dying half way through. Im hoping to keep doing these throughout the pregnancy
39 weeks strong and enjoying your workouts!! Love the sister bond! Thank you!!!
I'm not pregnant. Sooo not pregnant 🙂 But I use this, and the coordinating free weights video, as a placeholder workout when I'm too sore / tired for my normal routine. Or say I have plans and can't be all sweaty: this video's perfect!
Staying in the habit of working is half the battle of fitness for me. I wish someone would create a series that included a placeholder workout. Babies are great. Hearing about them during my workout is a little funky though 🙂
Anyway, love this video. Thanks for posting it!
Great work out! I am almost 7 months pregnant, worked out regularly before I was pregnant, and I found this work out to be sufficiently challenging and fun. It is also a great workout when you are pressed for time (like I was). Thanks!
How many times a week should I do this?
What a fantastic workout! I'm almost 6 months pregnant now and this was just perfect!
I love how you also focus on form.
I have tried a lot of pregnancy workouts lately and yours is my favorite! I am going to be doing many more of your workouts! Thanks!
I love all of your workout. I used to train with your workout routines before pregnancy and now during pregnancy I still get my workout through your workout videos. Thank you Jessica.
I am almost 6 months pregnant and love this! I worked out a lot before I got pregnant and I found that most pregnancy workouts were not really challenging. This worked great for me. Thanks!
Since I failed miserably at the #springahead challenge. I FINALLY got a chance to give this one a go. I really enjoyed it, was challenging and got my heart pumping. I am going to try your other two videos in this list this week too. I've kept up at Zumba, but have only gotten there once or twice a week. Need to work on keeping those excess baby lbs away ;o).
Love it! Thank you for such a great work out!!
Hi Jessica ! Love your videos.Thank you so much for a great work out . Do you have Prenatal Yoga videos for 2nd & 3rd trimesters ?
What a great video! This is tough while pregnant but you have found the balance between not working too hard while pregnant and still feeling like you have pushed your body. Thanks Jessica, I can't wait to try your other videos 😉
this workout is just the right intensity for mamas to be. works up a little sweat without overdoing it. love this one and the prenatal cardio!
I'm currently in my third trimester and I enjoy your workouts so much. This one and the Cardio one are so great! I started your Cardio workout in my second trimester. I was feeling so tired and weak and was in a lot of pain during that part in my pregnancy. I didn't think I'd be able to start working out so late in the pregnancy but your video was so easy and satisfying that I could. Now I I'm 32 weeks and I feel better than I did at 26 weeks 🙂 so, thank you so much for the free help with your videos!! much love to you and your family!
How much weight should I be using? Before pregnancy, ai was very active and doing mads programs. Just curious what is considered "too heavy"? Thank you
This is my favorite prenatal workout video! I'm 21 weeks and have been doing it for the past 5 weeks. It's adaptable to any fitness level or stage of pregnancy. I was in good shape to begin with and am able to make these workouts both challenging and safe! I use 5 or 10 lb dumbbells depending on the exercise.
I started doing this routine today and a few minutes in, I realized why I felt so familiar and comfortable with Jessica. Hello! Look Better Naked! I have had a difficult 1st trimester in that I am extremely active and so far this pregnancy has kicked my butt. I felt like a trusted friend was in the room with me. So happy! Thank you for all you do, Jessica!
This video is great! A lot of prenatal workouts I've done have been to easy and do not get my heart rate up. This video is great when walking isn't as comfortable!
Thanks for having some prenatal workouts! Now that I am in my third trimester, I find that I am not always up for going to the gym, so these are great! I also have been doing some of your walking and low-impact videos while pregnant. And I swear my dog was following Peanut's "routine" during this video!
So I TOTALLY forgot about this little gem until I needed it myself!!! And how challenging it was with only 3# weights.
Please do more like these for people like us who need them. 🙂
I love your vidoes! I wish you would do more prenatal workouts.
This was GREAT!!! I have been working out and man still being "lower impact" got my heart going! Esp with all of those reps! I had to go down in weight! 🙂 Thanks again…really really enjoy your videos! xoxoxo
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'm six months pregnant and I had to moved to prenatal workouts because everyone wants you to get on the belly, or the belly gets in the way. I love that u know we still need a good workout and respect our belly growth!
LOOOOOVE this workout! I share it with my preggo and non preggo friends! Great way to get in a quick total body sweat! Thanks again! xo
I'm only 6weeks prego & this was challenging for me. Props to your sis. & thanks for this 💪
I really enjoyed this workout in my 31st week of my 3rd pregnancy. Thanks ladies👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
This was great! I do a lot of exercising, but found this workout very challenging at this point in my second trimester.
i love this pregnancy workout so much!!! 😀 my baby loves it too i think!
Thank you Jessica Smith!! Can you do more , please? 😀

Love this prenatal workout so much! my baby loves it too! (i think!) lool 🙂
thanks !! *
I am not even pregnant and this workout got me!!! Awesome!!!
Fantastic to do this as part of the #springahead challenge. I have always given this a miss because it is prenatal and didn’t realise it could be for everyone. I used my 3 kilo light site and I got a really great workout. It was also brilliant to “meet” Courtney Jessica’s sister. My goodness you ladies look so alike and you are both so fit and strong.
Thought this would easy, noooo! Surprisingly and pleasantly surprised! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
