Love using your videos and that you build in all the modifications! I struggle with past knee issues which makes it difficult to get up and down off the floor easily. The plank moves are easily adapted to a wall, but wondering about ideas for modifications for some of the floor moves? Such a fun video to get my morning going!

I’ve loved the May workouts but not a fan of the boxing. I’m pretty coordinated but this video was a fail for me 😂 this is the only one of Amy’s videos where I’ve stopped half way 🤦🏽♀️😂

I can barely move after doing this workout last night and I love that. It was a fun workout that kept me focused and really motivated to push through. I didn’t think I liked boxing but I’m a convert. I tell all my friends about this site.
