Hey, I have a question about calories. How do I calculate my calories of maintenance, and how much calories do I increase it by for bulking?

subbed bro!!im doing IF now, im 5 foot 9, 185 lbs ish.. and im trying to get lean as hell. I wanna say I am around 12 % bodyfat and I don't really want to go any lower than 180 so is it possible to get to 8% bf without dropping too much weight?

Why don't you increase days when bulking?
Isn't 60 grams of fat too little? I'm on a bulk of 2900 calories and 25% is fat – which i find difficult to intake – so I might lower my fat intake and up my protein intake.
