A subscriber commented “How to do walking pull-ups look smooth and elegant.” So this is my response video to hopefully help him. Make sure to be good at pull ups, isometric pull ups, keeping rhythm, having that wide grip, and letting your strength dictate your movements. Ill try to pick some more video suggestions from the comment but please bare with me, can’t answer everyone.

Great vid. Maybe you can do a vid on the muscle up to hand stand. I got it reasonably on the dip bar, but have a lot fear doing it on the high pull up bar.

yr i am 175lb with no cain and pills.i still feel pain.but i mange to live littel better. theres moves i cant do but i know if i keep on trying ill get there. theres only plan A…..

I and im sure others are still stuck on this move, the cross muscle up…ive seen joel and stick-wit-it do it so easily in some of your old clips I think they did like 10 in a row… if you can make a tutorial on how to do it I and im sure the rest of your followers would greatly appreciate it. 10 perf pull ups is not sufficient lol, at 20 perf pull ups i can only manage to do 3 steps in walking pull ups then cycle down
