I wasn't going to work out today, as I had to do some hiking for work. But I felt like I had the energy, and am glad I did! I decided to go with my 8# and 5# weights, which were tougher for me than a year ago I think. But I powered through and got it done! Sweat is dripping, and I think I'll be feeling this tomorrow! 🙂 And according to my new Fitbit Blaze, I definitely got my cardio in!

Love your workouts. I've never been a fan of exercising and found it hard to stick to a routine. I've been following different workout videos that you've posted over the years for about a good two months and I've noticed so many amazing changes to my body and mood. I'm happier and more energized. I had spent 2 years looking around for workouts to follow that fit specific conditions that I battle with, and these workouts are by far the best I've stumbled upon. I was at my heaviest weight of 210 lbs, and I'm currently I'm 189. I spend at least an hour everyday doing a few different workouts . This one is currently my favorite, I usually combine it with your 15 minute cardio videos as well. Along with a few ab workouts and arm workouts. Afterwards I feel amazing, I don't even crave junk food anymore (except for the occasional chocolate here and there.) It's nice to finally find a channel that cuts straight to the point and doesn't give try and pull any fast ones. I'm finally learning what it actually means to take care of and understand my body. I've even bought a few DVD's. Thank you so much for everything đź’ś

I've been working out with you regularly since Jan 2 2016. I've lost about 12 pounds in that time without dramatically changing anything else. Thanks for providing such a variety! It makes it much easier to workout if you are doing different styles. And I love that it is real and not studio perfect!

Hi Jessica this my first time working out with you. I love your workouts have been working out with Jillian Michael's for long. My body needed change got bit bored working out with her. She basically Does same moves on her DVD's that have of hers working with same muscles group needed change she has helped me reach my goal. Love yours better you change things up that's what love seeing change my body
