The routine is

7 Muscle Ups
25 Dips
10 Pull Ups
25 Push Ups
10 Leg Raises
7 Muscle Ups

For fastest time while doing full range of motion. In the video you see Elvis attempt it although we all did it the day before. Our times very from 4:11 – 10 Minutes.

This is the bar brothers requirement to become a member. That man from barstarzz seemed to have a little trouble at some points. This just comes to show that if you really want to join bar brothers you have to put in hard work and dedication

Only dips 3 dips were completed that day and idk if I wanna count those push-ups or not. Good work on Barbra though! You will get better we all students keep pushing bro!
