No repeats today guys!! Focusing on strength + cardio moves. Remember if you don't have dumbbells at home there are many alternatives you can use. I'm loving how creative all of you are getting – soup cans, water bottles….I saw someone using an actual kettle in place of a kettlebell!! lol comment below and let me know what you've been using for weights these days 🙂
