I did this yoga exercise & you know what, I needed it! after a long day I was hoping to have a chilled one. Although I would have ploughed through a circuit or hiit workout I think I needed to be kind to my body and take it easy. That’s exactly what this exercise did for me. Loved it

I did a Kettlebell workout yesterday with my new (heavy) kettlebell, and boy am I feeling it 😅 this workout is perfect for today ❤️

Very nice yoga mobility and stretch! I like how all the stretches are done in a "moving" format making this not only a yoga practice but a mobility practice as well! I loved it Amy! I feel terrific! Namaste 🙏
