Join me for this 35 minute Full Body Tabata Burner with weights using either a dumbbell or kettlebell or both. We’ll move quick in the tabata format of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds or rest, to get your heart pumping for cardio and strengthen and tone your full body. As always I’ll give you different options and modifications for all fitness levels. Let’s do it!

I really liked this one a lot! I find you are rushing through your last rounds lately. I would rather spend 2 more minutes with you and have you slow down a bit and explain everything without rushing.

I'm loving this style exercise. My kids are in school for 3 hours M-F. I like being able to get in my workout before they get home. This length of time is perfect. I love a full body workout that leaves me the right amount of sore the next couple of days. I'm really feeling the swings in my core, which reminds me to keep good posture. Thanks so much for another great workout!
