Good Job Bro…but MINIMUM 25min per day not 3min for good(muscle) Abs
I really dislike videos like this that say things like "3 minute an workout" or "5 minute about routine" because people just looking for quick shortcuts to get abs will watch these videos thinking that only 5 minutes of ab work a day will get them abs. And when it doesn't, they get discouraged and stop working out. Your ab workout, or any workout for that matter should not only take 5, 10, or 15 minutes. You won't see good results from that.

My workout its more of martial arts but i put in some push ups and abs (the leg day its squats between normal, lateral, the ones for the calves and kicks). My question is, should i combine the push ups and abs sets or i have to make them separately?
