Is doing a 5-day split routine enough work for any muscle group that only gets worked once a week? It seems as if a particular muscle group that is worked just sits there for another 6 days. I have been doing a 5 day split since January with no real gains???

Hey lex i was wondering if you could give me some advice I've been doing bench press for a while and I've got the form down and found out my max. is 60Kg im 17 and want to get that max. higher what would you recommend, thank you. The myfitness app changes the caleries intake when u add training in. Would this be the target ur lookin to hit each day or the original without the training . Difference of about 400/500 caleries
how do you track meals when all ingredients are mixed together? eg the oil in a stir fry
