Nice guide bro! I can tell from my personal experience that for someone who is just starting out, designing a solid meal plan can be hard and time consuming. There are great tools and sites on the internet that can help. I used tool from website called Dietarize. It's cheap and did a great job for me, helping me gain 9 pounds (most of which is muscle) in one month. You can try other sites too. The best thing is you don't have to worry about calories, macros and other stuff, you prepare meals the way you like them from selected food. 💪💪

Basically just go on a lean bulk, if your maintenance is 3,000 go for 3,300 close to a surplus. Or just stay in maintenance if you want, that’s so that’s you’ll build muscle and gain less fat, but keep in mind that your progress will be a lot slower, but less fat to shred down once you wanna cut. So slower progress less fat to gain on a lean bulk, and don’t eat to much calories on off days when you aren’t training, but if you are really active through out the day, then it may be okay to eat a little more calories in the day. But if your not gonna do anything then I wouldn’t eat that much calories.
