Time to HIIT it with today’s intense full body circuit. Using added resistance to increase intensity and add resistance oww oww! Then we will target that six pack with an ab circuit – minimal rest between each ab exercise is going to set that core on fire!!
Breakdown: HIIT Circuit 45s work + 15s rest x2 rounds.
Abs workout: 40s work + 5s rest x3 rounds
Equipment Needed: dumbbells, stability ball + exercise mat or other soft surface.
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! 🙂 Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual! Ball size should be chosen based off of your height. I highly recommend using the ball as it provides additional core and stability work but you can always use a bench, ottoman or perform many of the same exercises on the floor.

Took 4 days off to rest but I made it. Been incorporating a 6 mile hike up Mission Peak in Fremont, Cali and it is an adrenaline rush. Getting this workout done is bliss!

Holy smokes-when you say Abs finisher you literally meant abs finished!!! I can normally do abs forever but jeez louise that hurt, I actually had to take a break at one stage— but I LOVED IT!!!
R1W11D1 done. So excited to be this far! I'm down 10 pounds, and 10 inches! Being mindful of portions, and trying to drink one gallon of water a day. And I still have my nightly wine or beer. 🙂 See everybody at the end!
Wk11 D4 Done! Almost done with Wk11 looking forward for my last wk. I’m excited to finish this program. Thank you so much HR for creating this program it helps me a lot than going to gym and spend more money on Trainor that did not help me much on toning. This program helps me more i saw more improvement on my body. Thank you again!
