I'd say this is your best tabata workout yet Amy. Nice and clear to follow along with and enjoyable to do; It used to shy away from tabata but this is a new favourite. Doesn't get as reparative/"boring" as some other workouts and the shorter sets mean I can really throw myself into it. Will become one of my regular default workouts. 🙂

I woke up thinking I didn’t have any energy for a workout but then got a notification about this new one so I made myself get up to give it a go. By the time I’d finished the warm up I was bouncing around ready to go, I feel strong, energised, and very grateful to you for providing me with your workouts. Thank you Amy 😘
Just when I thought I couldn't love Tabata more….last & this weeks formats are The BEST. I know we all groan when there is a bonus move, or two, but you know we all appreciate it. These Tabata mash-ups go by even faster than regular.
I think next time, I will use "stuffies" like your adorable kids. What a great idea.

I don't have a kettlebell so I used my two 10 lb dumbbells and got a great workout! I really like the tabata format as it moves through so quickly. Thank you once again, Amy!
