Hey Lex, many props for the face pull process – I’ve definitely not been moving as efficiently as I could have. Glad to know I’m not the only one who rocks the 👌🏻 on the weight column either!
Hoping you might have some ideas re: shoulder pain. My physio believes the tenderness in my anterior delts actually stems from tight / strained lats, where they insert underneath the deltoid. It’s given me a lot of grief with all pressing movements for the past few years, and makes training shoulders a genuine nightmare. Have you run into any concerns in that area before, and any advice re: exercises / stretches that may help alleviate it? Cheers mate.

I just did bar press and I just feel pain in my latissimus muscle the worst thing is it’s stopping me to breathe.

I had tried the cable pulls for my rear dealts before, but I never really felt that contraction. So I naturally assumed it wasn't for me. I'll give that technique a go and I'll let you know the outcome. Thanks for another great video

Great video. One question, when doing the barbell press and you reach the top, aren't you supposed to do a little shrug too which prevents shoulder pain? I heard it also helps working the side and real delts as they get used for stability.
