Love the vid Lex! I’m a big fan of calisthenics so love doing different bodyweight exercises to challenge myself. Got my fingers and toes crossed for Lainey #CREW 🤞🏻👊🏻
Nice video! The last exercise you showed is very challenging and I do it 2x a week for 4 sets and 6 reps for each side. I struggle with my breathing very much since I dont really know when to inhale or to exhale during the exercise…

Your abs are not connected to your legs…so raising your legs towards your upper body does not work your abs. The legs are connected to a thin sheath of tissue that lies under the abs. The only way to work your abs is by moving your upper body towards your legs. I see so many people spending so much time and energy on hanging leg raises thinking they are working their abs when all they are really working is a thin piece of tissue under their abs. If only they knew bio-mechanics …

Hey Lex, thanks for the vid! I've always had trouble with hanging leg raises, so I can't wait to follow your advice and try out this workout.
This may sound weird, but I am doing these knee raises etc but am struggling to feel any stress on my abs. Do u have any tips on improvement? Any help would be awesome
