Hope you find this useful guys. Just to be clear, £25 is the cost of EVERYTHING for the week. The total shop is going to cost more and last much longer than a week because you’re buying in bulk, but when you use the quantities that I suggest, all your food (including the meat, protein etc) for the week will come in at £25. Hope that makes sense 👍
