What's nice about T-Spine mobility that not a lot people know is that it can with hip and shoulder mobility or pain (to a certain degree, just because of their lifestyle like sitting in an office all day)

Mr. surf clam your bench press arch is all happening at the lumbar spine and thoracolumbar junction.
It’s hard to say from the angle but your front squat form looks to be the same. Increased extension putting your elbows at a better angle, but you are getting this from your T/L junction.

Do you know why my lumbar spine could be hurting doing bench press?
my thoracic curve is so bad i can hardly arch my back for the bench press and i feel like i end up using my shoulders. i might need a stronger back so my shoulder blades can pinch together better and actually stay there? i’m still learning btw lol
