Today’s full body workout includes strength and cardio moves that are going to have you building lean muscle and burning fat fast! Work at a level of intensity that feels good for you and challenge yourself by adding in dumbbells for added resistance. You got this team!!
Breakdown: 3 HIIT circuits 45s work + 15s rest x2 rounds each.
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! 🙂 Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

Loved it a lot except the push ups or plank workouts in every set.My arms failed me during the first plank..not my abs.I got the second one and even extended it .
Loved the intensity throughout this week!! Struggled a bit sometimes, but loving the challenge!! Thanks Heather!! (burned about 260 cals with this workout on my fit bit)
Week 9 finished! Boy this week was mentally tough. Intensity picked up big time! Really had to mentally prep for each workout this week, but it was totally worth it! Feeling stronger and healthier after each video. Thank you Heather! ~Molly~

I can’t believe I’ve come this far! Anyone else struggling to see results yet tho? I’m 41 and getting my butt kicked and loving it but a tad discouraged I’m on week 9 and my pants still fit the same.

Today was surely super intense! The easiest workout for me today was – The hold elbow plank! Never thought I would find plank easy! Well thanks to you Heather! 😀

Wk 9 D5 Done! Yees, Three more weeks to go… that was tiring and awesome week. I a bit nervous for the wk 10🙁… oh well, i cant wait to finish this 12 week program so i can go back to calendar workout.. yap only 1 round for me for this program. I. Got bored easily if i do over the workout twice unless its abs workout which is usually 20 min. Anyway, it was awesome wk 9 workout Heather Thank you so much!!!

Second time, just to try to master the moves
That week was so intense! I love dripping with sweat after every video! And the fact that there are still new exercises this far into the program… it doesn't feel repetitive at all. Thank you so much Heather!

Week 9 is officially done 🙌🏻✅ can't believe I start Week 10 tomorrow! Think Day 5 was my favourite of Week 9. Honestly not sure why people refer to Week 9 as hell week 🤣 it was better than some of the earlier weeks….yeah I'm talking about you x4 rounds of jump squats!
