It’s time for a total body HIIT workout team! Three circuits filled with full body exercises that will have you feeling strong, sweaty and energized. Keep the pace up, stay in control and do your best!
Breakdown: 3 full body HIIT circuits x2 rounds each.
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.
*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! 🙂 Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

Had to stop after the second cycle today. Don't know whether I got up on the wrong foot, but the music in the second cycle had me genuinely angry and annoyed so i skipped straight to cool down after.
Really don't like the boom boom techno bs at all
