Yesterday told some guy at my gym to me that latpull down a good excersice is for your chest because you pull it to your chest =/, I tried to explain it to him that it's for his lats and not for the chest but he won't believe me :C #CREW

Love it! The lateral raises mistake is sooo true, people just lift too heavy and form goes to pot. Nobody is going to laugh at you if you go for the lighter weights, fgs. ….If they do it's them that's the prize tool!

Cracking video, lat pull down advice a big help for me ive always struggled with feeling the muscle being worked in any lat movement, think you also said somthing in a previous video of treating your hands like hooks simply holding the weight, was a very good tip!

One of the reasons I quit going to a commercial gym was because of the mutants in there doing exercises incorrectly. I now train at home and it’s the best investment I ever made 💪🏼

Relates to the bicep one, kinda; I was curling 7.5kg dumbbells, trying to keep strict form, then a guy, much taller than me, but skinnier, started curling 35kg dumbbells, throwing the weight about. I just kept shaking my head, and carried on curling my lightweight.
