Amy- Looking to get a kettlebell. Have any reccomendations? I've seen some that are plastic but they don't have a good grip and the handle seems too big around. Any suggestions? Thank you so much for your commitment to fitness! You rock my 🌎! – Momma of 3

Adding those mobility moves at the end is such a great idea! Overall this one is a good workout. I especially enjoy using the kettlebell.
Just a bit of feedback to make the next one even better: I would appreciate more clear, possibly better rehearsed, directions for the combo moves. I felt like I wasted one of the tricep/leg extension intervals just trying to figure what you were doing. The child's pose combo wasn't flowing when I tried to follow directions so I just found my own flow. I have had similar experiences with some of you other videos.

I discovered your channel when I was pregnant with my first baby. I’m so happy when I see you upload so frequently. Love how dynamic your workouts are and how many modifications you provide. Very mum friendly and enough to get you sweating quite fast but not enough to get you to hate exercise.

I actually went heavier today using my 10 kg and 16 kg kettlebell some of the time instead of only my 8 kg! AND I did it!!:-))

I really enjoyed this workout, but the fusion part in these workouts. Flexibility is important but I can struggle to fit this in yet but exercising flares the fibromyalgia up with muscle rigidity. Hope you make more of these as the flexibility aspect is brilliant for me at 46

I was going to do your Advanced Kettle bell but frankly it was too tough for me today. This one was just right ✅👌 adding that I felt this in many different muscles the following day.
