It’s LEG DAY!! We are working on lower body strength and sculpting in this NO REPEATS leg workout with dumbbells. The goal is to use a heavier weight and keep your movement controlled during each work period. We have a number of killer leg exercises to power through today and only one set of each so make it count!!
