You think a hernia can stop me?
A lung infection?
No calves?

Think again kid. Buckle up your seat belt, we about to get some gains.

Now you can tell stories when you get older about how you used be able to bench 365, and deadlift/squat over 400lbs. Hope you get over this hernia or whatever inhibits you from certain exercises.

I’m sorry but you should have two separate channels. Your personal stuff on one and informative stuff on another. If you watch channels like athleen x he doesn’t have personal stories. Just a suggestion

Can totally get you Omar. At least you can still move some weights here and there, for me after my flexor tendon and nerve injury I'm starting with 5 kg dumbbell holds.
And most probably no heavy lifting forever in the foreseaable future.

Youtube is fascinating. It has been around so long now that we are getting to see some of the early fitness youtubers get too old to lift.

This is really recent for me because I as a novice feel some pain in my other groin after and during doing squats with after a 2 month break from the gym. I think I fucked up my groin due to squatting on the first day with a too fast drop down with my casual weight (135lbs) which is quite heavy for me, after that I couldn't even squat with just the bar for two weeks without feeling pain. I think I recovered a bit and started building up back to my best and now I'm already working with 160lbs (yes which feels heavy for me).I keep adding 5lbs every week and I'm already over my previous best but the thing is that the groin pain hasn't disappeared totally, infact I feel it mostly during squats and bit after aswell. I have started questioning myself that did I do the right thing to get back to my best so quickly or should I play it smart and take even longer pause which on the other hand would be so boring. If there is someone with experience with similar things that could show what direction I should take then please feel free to respond.

I love this video. I got depressed for a while, stopped going to the gym. I’ve been back at it for a month now. It sucks starting over. But, I think it’s important to know that starting over is just a part of life. Everyone goes through it.

You were thinking about giving up but you found the will. But this will make you give up when you see this. This natural is the world's strongest man and he weighs 1000 pounds. He can run like a 200 pound athlete and do many full pushups. How are you going to compare to that, how will you measure up?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tlo5kf9hFdw&amp=&t=1s&app=desktop

The competition just got harder. All the women want him as a 1000 pound beefcake. A lot of people will kill themselves after seeing this or rage in jealousy. Ronnie Coleman may never walk again and broke his legs.

Hernia surgery is quick and the recovery time is short. DO IT. Lung infection? Check that out, while you're with your doc. Get better, and then crush the weight you need to.

Get the surgery for the hernia. It’s inevitable. It never gets any better and will either get slowly worse or terrible within a week . Have been though it before but was lucky it happened while young

Hey Omar. I know this is an old video, but can you talk about how you trained while in recovery from this hernia? I recently was diagnosed with this. I’m gonna get the surgery, but I’d like to not have to give up resistance training completely till I recover
