Hard but I felt awesome after! 🙌🏻 I did pause a few times but I got through it 🥵 I'm playing catch up after taking a few days off due to a collarbone & shoulder I injury.

When we were all lock-down during the start of COVID-19, I started exercising and by the grace of God I kept at it. I am able to do some of your work outs although some I dear not try at my age.
