Wow! I just did this workout along side you throughout the whole video and I’m so impressed! I can’t say I really targeted the love handles (some parts I’m not at that level of flexibility and core strength yet) but it targeted parts of my glutes that I paid hundreds of dollars for a physiotherapist to show me this and his techniques never gave me that “worked” feeling in those parts of my glutes/lower back. I’m really impressed. I had so much fun doing this with you!!

This was amazing! I just did this in my hotel room on the 4th floor. Traveling for work 4 days a week and never knowing what floor or room size I’ll be in. This was so easy and perfect for a morning stretch.
