I did this for the first time today and loved it!!! Made some minor adjustments for my level which is beginner/moderate. I started a 30 day program with another yogi and it was moving soooo slow and she did sooooo much talking I couldn’t go more than 7 days. But when I got to say 6 we did HIIT yoga and I loved it! So glad I found you and your videos!! Will become a regular subscriber!

I'm so glad I found this! Great way to wake up and get the heart pumping! Really great cardio for days when I'm not focusing too heavily on my posturing in yoga. I recommend this workout for folks who are regular practitioners of yoga and are able to adjust their posturing to accommodate the cardio.
