Today we are slowing things down and increasing our weights in this Full Body Strength Workout with Dumbbells. Added resistance and slow, controlled movements will allow us to focus on building strength and lean muscle – all from home with just a few dumbbells! We will perform 3 rounds of each exercise before moving to the next to make sure we really fatigue each muscle group and feel the burn!! Start with a heavy weight and drop down in weight if you start to notice your form suffering.

Workout Breakdown: Warm Up
Lower body circuit, upper body circuit, core circuit. 40s work + 20s rest
* (aim for approx. 12-15 reps per round)
Cool Down + Stretch
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface. (I’m using a set of 10lbs, 15lbs and 25lbs in this workout)

Is this Workout helpful for weight loss also, or only to build strength?
Here for the November calendar. I think this is the first time I’ve done this workout. Good strength session, I wasn’t able to go as heavy as I normally do on the weights, but still a good workout. Followed it up with Day 19 cardio of the Daily 10s. 💪

will I be hindered too much if I have a frozen shoulder?
I tried it for the first time today and liked the overall workout, however, it would be better, if you focus and explain the posture and hand placements. A few moves it is not clear how you hands are placed and leg movement. You jump directly into the move without explaining it.
