I’m so excited to finally announce that 99 days of Summer Fit is coming SOON to the BodyFit Athletic Club, and it is going to be 🔥🔥!! I have been thinking long and hard about this upcoming summer, and it is usually around this time that people ask me for workouts to sculpt legs, define abs, tone arms, or lose some weight. I’m all for that, but you know me! While I totally support those aesthetic goals, I want to help you get there in a healthy and sustainable way, and get you excited about feeling good and being strong! I also believe in the importance of inner beauty – confidence, strength, and mindfulness. Knowing that health encompasses so much more than just fitness, this 14-week summer program will focus on all parts of wellness.
We will work in 2-week increments and will include giveaways, weekly challenges, weekly workout schedules, sample meal plans, and of course direct guidance from me and Vivian, our registered dietitian nutritionist who’s an expert in weight loss and health coaching and she shares the BEST recipes!

Hi Amy! I have a few questions about the Athletic Club:
1. Is the $10 off discount just for the first month or for every month?
2. Is the nutrition guide suitable when nursing or would we be able to get specific nutrition tips for that stage of life?
3. When we join the group, would we have access to previous informational videos you had posted (for example, being able to watch your video on how to do a snatch)?
