Time for another No Repeats HIIT workout!! This total body mash up workout combines some of my favorite body-weighted and dumbbell exercises into one serious sweat sesh! We are working on cardio and strength in today HIIT workout and we only have to perform each exercise one time – which is great for people who get bored easily!
