I'm so glad something like this was added to the spring challenge.  I will come back to this one for sure.  Hope to incorporate this weekly – definitely a keeper.

#SummerofSrength day 23 done.  I know that posture is something I could really improve.  I always like the YTI one — the Pilates swimming one was really tough — I tried to visualize myself actually in a pool to help!  I can't believe there are only 5 days left in this challenge 🙂

#SummerofStrength  workout complete. Oh, you tricked me! LOL. I thought that since it was short, it wouldn't be that hard, but it was still challenging and got my heart rate up there at the end. Thanks for a quickie workout, Jessica!!

#SummerofStrength Day 23 done! I can feel the burn between my shoulder blades. That was a nice quick workout after my hour long walk after work. See you tomorrow.

Day 22 done for #SummerofStrength  and it felt so good, especially after being sore yesterday (must be because of the heavier weights.  I needed something that soothed me, but I did feel the burn.  Doing the 20 minute stretch that I miss on day 20 today during nap, I will let you know how much more I am relaxed and feeling then ;).

Day 23 #SummerofStrength  done!! 🙂 Did this after the indoor jog video and it felt great! The plank opposite arm and leg was difficult and really challenged me, but now I have something to work toward! Ready to continue and finish this challenge strong! PS this workout made me realize how LITTLE available wall space I actually have!! 😛 haha

#SummerOfStrength   I find these exercises surprisingly tricky! As it's a short workout  I added cardio dance sculpt which I've been wanting to try for ages.

#SummerofStrength Day 23 – Love that this was a little more intense than a stretching routine. My back feels wonderful after doing this! I had to challenge myself to do a few extra elbow plank leg and arm lifts at the end to see if I could do them without falling over!

This is one of my favorites. I need to do this one more. This was the first time I was able to do the opposite arm and leg raise from a modified Plank! Yay for progress

#SummerofStrength day 23 is officially complete!  This short workout was deceptively challenging lol.  But I'm excited to report that I'm able to hold the full plank position with good form for a longer amount of time since starting the #SOS challenge!

Posture correction workout of #SummerOfStrength  done along with some walk/jog time on treadmill. This was tough in a good way and found this is another part of my body I need to spend time improving. Thanks for all the variety in this challenge!

Summer of Strength Day 23 done. This was perfect for today, as I had some upper back tension (and a sore chest from yesterday's workout). The WTI exercise is definitely underused – I'm so glad you included it!

Really enjoyed this workout…I hold a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and this helped.  Thinking of adding this to my daily routine!  #SOS challenge still going strong into week 4!!  🙂

Day 23 of #SummerofStrength challenge – complete! I did this yesterday and actually used a water bottle on my back for the part where we had to extend both a front arm and back arm. And the good news is that it didn't fall off. 😀

I did this after the single-sided strength workout and it felt great!  I have an S-curve in my spine, with the top half being right between my shoulder blades, approximately, so good posture is a concern for me.  This routine worked the very muscles that need it the most.  My chiropractor had shown me the wall angels once before, but I had forgotten about them; maybe I'll try to incorporate them into my weekly routines.  Thanks, Jessica!

I've been fighting poor posture and rolled shoulders for years no matter my fitness level so I finally decided to seek out workouts specifically targeting that issue. What a game changer!! Even one workout in I can see and feel a difference! My shoulders thank you and so do I, and I will be back for more!

Please don't ever get rid of this routine! I use it for myself, but more importantly I tell all my massage clients about it. It's so effective and accessible even for my "non-workout" people. Thanks for having this and all you!

I loved this one! It was a great wake up and warm up. This is the first time I have ever done this Pilates inspired routine and I hope to be able to do it again and again. Fabulous to do this on my last day of the #JanuaryJumpstart Challenge today. My goodness the final plank set was tough for me. I enjoyed it though and I will make progress 😀😀
