Really liked this workout. The variety and definitely also the longer length of the workout. The bonus move at the end was to complicated for me so replaced that with regular burpees. Keep these longer variety workouts coming!! 💪🏻👍🏻

Wow! Probably my favorite workout! I really suprised myself. This was a long workout week for me and I was worried I would be too tired but I wasn't and I finished the whole workout. I love power moves! And strength and actually I love everything that has to do with working out! Thank You for this great workout. I love the length too it really allowed me to challenge myself and push for longer to see just what I'm made of! Thank You 💜

I made it!!!! 🥵🥵🥵🥵. I loved it
I liked this format, but not the workout itself. It was too reliant on bearing weight on flexed toes (lunges, planks, bear planks) and jumping to be good for where I am today (and permanently). Trying to modify that many exercises really took the fire out of my workout.
I really wish you offered modification between the pregnant version and the full version of core exercises, like the pikes and plank jacks. My foot damage prevents me from doing full planks, but there's got to be a way to add challenge to a knee plank.
Loved this format. Did not feel like it was 50 mons. Went by fast but felt challanged!!!!

Loved this workout but only did 35 mins. I was way too fatigued today , esp as I usually do my workouts after the kids go to bed. I wanted to say that you are just amazing in every way Amy. Youre a great teacher and really helped me through 4 lockdowns here in Melbourne Australia. Youre my favourite person at 930 pm at night. And could you be any more beautiful? Thank you so much xxx

I used 20 & 25 lb dumbbells (and 30 lbs for squats) so did not need/want to jump and needed to rest a bit at times due to the intensity with heart rate already up. Would have loved the one-legged bonus move 15 years ago in my 30's, but now, it was both legs in use!
