We are using dumbbells in this home workout to build lean muscle and burn fat all with no jumping exercises – making this an apartment friendly workout! You’ll also notice I’m throwing in some moves today to challenge your balance and mobility so embrace the shake and do your best!!

Definitely a good choice after yesterday’s upper body workout. Very creative, really loved this workout. That’s not to say it wasn’t challenging and sweaty 🥵

Glad I got this in this morning. Heart rate got up there.
Done. I died at the last set. Threw away dumbbells and continued. Took lower reps but still continued. But I died. I cried. I took breaths like Im fighting for life. Took 2 months. Clean diet. Lots of water. I lost 5 kilos when I was on weight plateau. I now am addicted even tho I hated the breathless part 🤣
this routine is just intense enough after being on my feet all day working ~ love the longer circuits, fabulous pace & the music {so good!} ~ thank you as always, Heather!! 🤗💞

Whew! Low impact but high intensity, and sneaking in the mod burpees was just mean lol. Altogether worked well with a new injury that I’m trying not to keep me sidelined. I’m sure I’ll come back to this (if I haven’t already!)👸💃🏻🔥💫🤟🏼🎆🧨🧎🏻♀️🎂👙💪🏼💚✨

Wee wow wee wow! Oh my gosh that hurt! First time working out in a year after losing my motivation and boy did I feel this! I really have undone all that I achieved when I was working out every day, my diet has been atrocious too but I'm going to try to do better. I do cycle a fair bit so I don't understand how my legs have got so weak but it is what it is and I'm going to improve week by week. Thank you so much for a great workout Heather ❤️
