this is not tabata. Tabata is you blast for 20 sec and rest for 10 sec. Do for 8 times total 4 mins. That's one cycle. Your is HIIT. Tabata you do 110% push your limit for 20 sec.

I love this workout! Ive been doing tone it up hiits for a while and this has been a nice switch up. Question though: for the past two months, after doing this workout I find my wrist is killing me…wondering if its the jumping jacks with the weights. Im only using 5 lb weights. Anyone else have this?
