Also to remember when using an arm blaster : If your structure allows it, place the arm plaster below your chest. (Lex had the arm blaster quite high, which is okay if it works fro him). Also, try using a ez-bar when using it, and switch between wive and narrow grip whilst using it.
ONE VERY IMPORTANT BICEP TRIP. This is absolutely essential and Lex missed it. Whilst doing a bicep curl with a dumbbell, pay close attention to the position of your wrist! Why is this important? Well, the position of your wrist has a huge impact on how well your bicep contracts. You can try, see and feel this yourself whilst working out or posing . Do a standard double bicep pose for instance, experiment with how your bicep looks with different wrist positions. The ideal thing to do is to twist your wrist so, that your thumb points out. ( So you twist your wrist in) . This simple twist should allow you to grow a stronger and more defined peak to your bicep.
Also another thing that was not touched upon. Your forearms. If you have a goal to compete in bodybuilding try and focus on these too. See, one thing that is judged in bodybuilding is connection points of the muscle along with joints! If you have small forearms your arms as a whole look silly. Your biceps peak should not look like its far away from your forearm.

It's unbelievable the number of guys in the gym that are actually doing the mistakes you listed on the rope cable ext. and most of them happen because people always fall into the weight trap: the load too much, probably thinking "more weight more gains" or just to impress someone else.

My arms won't grow – do an arm day as well as train bi's/tri's on back/chest day but they still wont grow! I train arms by supersetting a bicep excercise with tricep one and go high intensity… Any tips on how I could train things? Some different movements? Do I need to be eating more? All advice will help, thanks!
