A fantastic end to the four weeks of fusion plan. I haven’t done any HiiT for a short while due to an injury but I gave this my all this morning and I was okay. I am exciting about starting the Calm and Strong plan on Monday. It is fantastic to have these rotations especially at the moment as they give a sense of routine and normality in these unusual times. I have no excuse to feel sorry for myself and put off my workout.
Just finished Spring Ahead and starting this program. I have told so many friends about you. Thanks for all you do. Please keep the planned programs coming. Will you be doing any new content soon?
