Join me for this 43 Minute Hiit Sculpt Workout with Weights. In this workout we will work your entire body using either a set of dumbbells, a kettlebell, or both. We will be going back and forth between higher intensity intervals and some strengthening and sculpting intervals. Omg…this is an awesome workout!!! I love how the exercises in the three circuits build on each other! And switching from the dumbells to the Kettlebells in the 2nd round is so cool! 2 workouts in one! The final bonus round is amazing! Love the new formatting
I love doing everything with dumbbells first then kettlebell or vice versa. I also love the little changes like full plank and then bear plank, or regular squat then pliate squat. It definitely helps the mind not be so overwhelmed by doing everything a second time. I loved this workout. I went heavy, challenged myself and felt strong. Also love the workout previews and timer. Thank you for another amazing workout and keeping me motivated!

Amy absolutely love your workouts especially these. I am a larger lady and not great with cardio but the short sessions of cardio are great for me and enjoy using weights. A few too many options as you work out for my liking. It seems that the "if you like" modifications are being offered till the end of the 40 second interval. It would be great if you offered a beginner and advanced work out separate so that there are not so many options to follow.

Definitely a great workout. I added this in today to really burn everything out! Didn't disappoint! Soo many lunges! My legs were on fire but I loved it!
