Hi Amy I have 5 Children and out off them 5 Children I've had 2 c-sections my baby is 7 and 1/2 months old now and my stomach still feels really tender do you have any videos on your channel that can help me tone up my stomach but that will do damage to my muscle and trust me I have a lot of saggy fat around my stomach could you help me with this please

This was an incredible workout! I feel strong and powerful and full of energy. I wish I could join live on Saturday….but definitely look forward to starting my Sunday with these workouts❤🔥

Love the format. And always grateful for how you switch things up! One of the first things I tell people when they ask me about what workouts I do is how much I love that you keep things changing! I love the different types of workouts, different formats, always keeping it interesting for our brains and our bodies!

Gotta say though – two days in a row of those brutal side planks at the end of the workout (the bodyweight HIIT from your calendar Friday I caught up on yesterday and did this one today) were KILLER!! However, just the last couple of weeks I’ve been able to do side planks on my FEET instead of only my KNEES, as I needed to do the last several years! Proves how much of a difference showing up consistently makes! Thanks for another great workout and as always, your calendar! Happy Mother’s Day!

I love your prenatal workouts. This is the first time I tried your regular workout and loved how you kept adding modifications and options for pregnant women. Would love to follow such workouts to keep the variety while working out safely. Question – is it ok to do any of your workouts? Do all of them have modifications? Thanks and cheers!

My goodness these seven dislikes are so unfair. How you people can sleep? Someone educated and positive so selflessly shares everything that she knows, on regular basis, empowering you, giving motivation and trying that you challenge yourself and be best version of yourself. Healthiest, happiest! So say honest THANK YOU or choose something else to watch how can you put effort to push dislike on something like this. Her efforts are so good for so many people! And yours? If you can help, help if not, just don't! Or go… Don't put dislike on Amy's videos! She is sitting on the floor and giving answers to woman on their questions while I am writing this… Listen and learn something new. Thank you Amy, I really loved it and enjoyed. Amrap was surprise for me, beacuse I am not cardio and amrap liker but enjoyed it cause you made it fun. This was my kind of workout, went by so fast and it was amazing. This kind of workouts make me think about posture in my everyday life. I can take 18 kg 3yo old and just run or skip barrier with him in my arms keeping balance on the top of the stairs, or picking something, carrying laundry… I always think about what I have learn from your workouts and I am so proud. Also makes my life easier. Thanks! Loved it!
