For some reason i cant really do kipping muscle ups, i just cant get parallel with the ground like you guys do. Any advice? Video is as great as always, keep it up!

I've been training for a year now and I'm still not able to do a muscle up. Is this normal? How long did it take you guys too be able to do one when you first started?

Awesome video! I just have one question.. On a single workout day, do you do as many sets of the 10/10/10 set as you can, and that is the whole workout of the day? And also, how much do you rest between the 10/10/10 sets?

how do i stop throwing my knees up during a muscle up? I want to have my legs straight but i automatically throw my knees up for speed. How do i keep that from happenin?

Just a quick question: I'm confused as to why I whenever I see people comment stuff about "chicken legs" nobody ever mentions how you can't judge someone's legs off their ankles and calves in general. You can wear baggy ass shorts that only show you ankle and be hiding monstrous legs in there
