Rob, what are you currently weighing in at? Cause you look big and shredded as hell man. I'm sitting at 179 pounds right now with a pretty decently cut physique but am looking to start a slight cut for summer shredding to get to around 175. I'm thinking of cutting my calories from about 3200 to 2600 and do this for about a month. Any input here would be dope, great vids as always man.

I weigh 200lbs i drink a gallon of water a day. I workout 4-5 days a week (mostly 5) been working out for 1 year. I eat under 1,500 calories a day i am 6’2 and i still have a muffin top…. some days i even eat under 1,000 to get “lean fast” but nothing ever works out. How do i get rid of fat …. someone please explain what my macros should look like
