Been doing pull ups, dips, and push ups for many years. Just started adding weight and just made some parallettes. Can't wait to have the strength just like him.

Does anyone else notice the Asian lady and the guy looking at that beast babyface doing his handstand on the dip bar,also i like how the videos are getting better and better .
