19 Year Old Andre does 18+ MUSCLE UPS at 6’1 & 185lbs to celebrate his birthday. He was going for 20 but I personally miscounted which led him to do less. He did some extra ones at the end for this.

I'd say "loose-form muscle up".
Both sides are right.
Still looks really intense and tough. But technically, using leg momentum is cheating the rep.
Do these types to build up your "strict form" rep number.

Question: I've heard locking out at the bottom is dangerous and can lead to injury. Is this true? Andre is extending like crazy on each rep.

In the beginning he made clean muscle ups, then he used a lot of kipping and avioded full range of motion.
Qualtiy counts over quantity 😉
Still he has my respect for such a healthy looking body 🙂

I can do 35 pull ups straight, 8 muscle ups with a swing, but cant do not one strict muscle up. I dont get it.
