Lex, been a subscriber for 4+ years and a big fan but I really think you need to decide a direction for the channel and stick to it. Personally always been a fan of your day to day vlogs so when you start putting all your focus in to something like this or your bike it switches me (and I’m sure a lot of others) off.

What happened to a white collar boxing fight, tough mudder event and stepping on stage for a bodybuilding show this year? That is the kind of content we want, not endless videos about stomach vacuums and motorbikes. Disappointed none of this came to fruition, despite being told to 'stay tuned'.

Thanks for the tips!! I watched this and went to the gym looking like a pro lol I'm about to buy some gloves now for sparring/punching bag.. i'm 5'8 165 and I was about to buy a 14oz glove from seeing sizing charts but I've been told so many times to get a 12oz. What do you recommend? 12 or 14 oz?

Mayweather didnt throw that many shots in his later career. But he selected them well limiting missed shots.

You don't have to throw hundreds of punches training on the bag. Focus instead on:

quality and form;
technique;
pacing,
variety;
inside fighting,
control the moving back.

The reality is in most fights fighters lose technique as the fatigue kicks in. Its why inside fighting and resting becomes important. So learn to pace yourself using variety to keep the opponent or bag busy.
