This is a great workout if you are short on time but want to sneak in some cardio and target those abs. Plus – you can always repeat the entire circuit 2-3 times for an even more intense calorie burn.

i think this is the first intense hiit that i’ve ever gotten thru without dying !! i took one millisecond break during the last ten seconds of burpees but got right back to it & i’m so proud of me !! definitely coming back to this one on cardio days
