Just started vacuums a week ago! I always do them when fasted after waking up.
I noticed that when I do these, for a little while after the exercise I get bloated as if I ate something bad.
Is it normal? Or is that something that is going to be reducing day after day?

I used to do these all the time when I was younger. Just thought it was fun to freak out my sisters and mom when they would see me get even thinner.
