If you have dumbbells in different weights that’s great – if not, just use what you have. Options for all fitness levels.

I’m a few days behind on the exercises so just completed this. But I’ve been naughty and have been indulging on chocolate lately so I Definitly feel slow and a big clumsy when I’m doing this exercise😒 tomorrow is a new day. Back on the eating well train 👍🏼
