Join me for this 38 minute Total Body Superset with weights workout using either a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell or both. We will focus on working your entire body for strength, plus we’ll be getting in some heart-pumping cardio and mobility as well. Options for all fitness levels. All you need for this workout is your weights, a mat, and a little space to move. Are you ready?

Dumbbells/Kettlebells: 10, 12, 15 lb Dumbbells (4.5 – 7 KG) & 15, 18, 25 lb Kettlebells (7 – 11KG)

I am brand new to YouTube and so glad I found you. This was a great class! I did new moves, the the side hammer curl I had never done before. And I really liked the set repeat using a kettlebell rather than a dumb bell. It made it seem entirely different. Definitely will be back!
