John Meadows 'Mountain Dog' method of training is one really positive thing I've gotten from him. It works great, feels great and mitigates the risk of injury. I love it and use it with my clients. The guy was a wellspring of knowledge and I'll continue to watch his videos as they're some of the best information on bodybuilding on the internet. RIP.
I lov meadows videos,i bet it was his heart he had some complicated issues in his heart. I loved he liked the spungey handles in stead of the metal handles on pull down also he did yhe one handed barbell row wich im a big fan. Also ik he loved his boys and family with his positive and great personality. I pray u found home my friend.

So sorry to hear about John. Always loved his videos. Very sad. We are losing some of the greats in this sport lately. First it was Rick Drasin and now John Meadows. Way too young too go. God Bless his family at this time and bring them peace.

Maybe Iain actually might want to make some more money. The Olympia is not the end all be all for all body builders. Bodybuilders used to do as many shows as they could to make a living.

3 disappointing points:
1-Using John Meadow as a thumbnail between 2 other unimportant news at the time disappoints me in you.
2-When someone dies it is more pleasant and advisable if you use a different intro music instead of the usual "entertaining" one. Is my opinion.
3-The way you start talking like you laconically say 'alllright' when you want to announce a deceased person is not ok.

About Iain: he's a competitor. He wants to win and win and win. If the other competitors are gonna whine and complain about it, they should've been better prepared. Hearing news like this, to someone who actually has a competitive spirit, it wouldn't even affect them since they'd be focused on the prize: winning their Olympia spot. If hearing Iain is entering Texas is throwing you off from your prep, that's on you and you probably won't overcome that hurdle you placed in front of yourself.
