I've been doing your workouts for a few months now, Amy. I love how relatable you are and how many options you give with each move. Your philosophy is the best, though. I've worked out with Amy on and off for years, I try other channels to mix things up but always come back here! Big fan of HIIT, I always used to do the 30 min Tabata but I love this no repeat workout. Amy is great for different levels of fitness if I'm coming back after a break or working hard and in the zone.
Second time doing this one and was much better this time. Never been a fan of cardio but like to do it on my non-lifting days. You are by far my fave with the standing cardio! Easy to follow-clear instructions

Oh yeah talk about kick butt that sure kick my butt it was wonderful I enjoyed, I took a step up from Low impact i’m telling you A few weeks without exercise can make you feel really relaxed, but coming back to exercise sure is a challenge but I’m going to keep moving. Thank you Amy👍👍❤️❤️❤️
