This was great–and so much fun that I could almost ignore the pain. One question. When you say to keep your back straight, what exactly do you mean? I tilt my pelvis forward so that my rear doesn't stick out and keep my head and shoulders back-ish. Is that it?
What a great workout. I used to take both ballet and Kenpo. They are very easy to combine
Different. I struggled a bit with the ballet. But sweaty mess. So I am OK. I wanted something different. I am in the early stages of Peri menopause so I really need to keep going. There are days in 45degree, heat I really don't want to. Never the less I think I did OK

She is inspirational, without being annoyingly over-enthusiastic. This is an excellent workout! Basic, effective moves that work the body to exhaustion, without being too easy or too difficult.
